The multichannel high power laser aging system is designed to solve the problems of kilowatt high power semiconductor laser chip and pump laser module which need to use narrow pulse high current testing and aging, chip heating serious and so on. It is a set of universal, high power, circulating water cooling aging testing system. The product has good constant current characteristics of large current and narrow pulse, stable current, strong anti-interference ability, and has the functions of anti-overshock, anti-recoil, anti-surge voltage regulation and constant current dual protection circuit, which provides a complete solution for the aging test of high-power semiconductor laser chip and pump laser module.

Device loading using drawer type structure, equipment can flexibly expand up to 4 layers of structure, each layer design a number of paths, each path supports 1-16 laser series aging.
The aging system of multichannel high power laser adopts the newly developed and independently designed high current pulse constant current source, which is perfectly compatible with CW mode and QCW mode, and supports DC constant current, DC scanning, pulse DC, pulse scanning and other four modes. The system includes high temperature environment control device, DC or pulse drive power supply, light receiving device, optical fiber, spectrometer (optional), circulating water cooling system, customized fixture, temperature collector and upper computer, etc. The upper computer program for automatic testing, automatic collection of semiconductor laser drive current, laser voltage, laser optical power, ambient temperature. Realize multi-unit, high efficiency, automatic monitoring and recording test data upload integration test system.
